Shipping & Delivery
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Non-perishable Orders (all items excluding our Gourmet Perishable Cheeses & Meats):
All non-perishable orders received before 12pm PST Monday thru Friday will ship the next day. All non-perishable orders received after 12pm PST will ship the following business day. All non-perishable orders received on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Perishable Orders (all Gourmet Perishable Cheeses & Meats):
All Gourmet Perishable Cheeses & Meats require additional non-toxic refrigerant gel packs and insulated shipping liners to guarantee their freshness upon arrival. To ensure this freshness, all orders will only ship Monday thru Wednesday excluding Holidays. All orders received before 12pm PST Monday thru Wednesday will ship the next day. All orders received after 12pm PST will ship the following business day Monday thru Wednesday excluding Holidays. All orders received on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Shipping Levels
Shipping costs are based on carrier calculations at checkout with the ship to address, weight, and dimensions of the gift ordered.
UPS Ground Shipping: Will Arrive In 1 to 5 Business Days Depending On the Transit Time from Temecula, CA (Excluding the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
UPS Three Day Select: Will Arrive In 3 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
UPS Second Day Air: Will Arrive In 2 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Will Arrive In 1 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
Saturday Delivery: Saturday Delivery is available. If this service is requested on any day prior to Friday, your order will be held and shipped on the appropriate day to arrive on Saturday.
We cannot ship to APO-FPO boxes, PO Boxes, or addresses outside of the contiguous United States.
Items With Wine
Currently any gifts containing beer or wine may only be shipped within the state of California. You must be 21 years of age or older to order, purchase, or receive delivery of wine and beer products. By ordering any wine or beer product, you swear or affirm that: a) you are 21 years of age or older; b) your purchase of wine products is intended for personal consumption and not for resale; and c) the person receiving wine products is 21 years of age or older and will provide proof of age with valid identification and signature upon delivery.

Delivery Service Delays
In some circumstances (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) delivery may be unexpectedly delayed by the carrier. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier tracking number.
Delivery drivers may leave the package at the door if your recipient is not at home.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.
